Spyro Urges Nigerians to Resist Foreign Interference, Calls on Celebrities to Speak Up
Singer Spyro has urged Nigerians to stand together and resist deceptive foreign influence.
He warned that nations claiming to help are often driven by hidden motives to exploit the country.
Nigerian singer Spyro has called on citizens to unite and defend the country against what he described as deceptive foreign intervention.
In a passionate message shared on social media, Spyro warned that countries claiming to help Nigeria are only coming “to kill, steal, and destroy.” He urged Nigerians, especially public figures, to use their platforms to demand accountability from the government and prevent any escalation into war.
“This is a very critical moment in this country and it’s not a time for anyone with a platform to keep quiet,” he wrote. “War threatens everyone. If it breaks out, people will be too busy fighting to survive no one will listen to music, watch movies, or go to church or mosque.”
He appealed directly to celebrities, pastors, imams, and business owners to speak up now, saying, “Use your platform to ask what the government is doing about the current situation. No one is coming to save us.”
Spyro further warned Nigerians not to mistake false promises for salvation, adding, “The devil always disguises as an angel of light. His goal is to steal, kill, and destroy. Now is the time to act before it’s too late.”
