Ned Nwoko Accuses Regina Daniels’ Brother of Harassment and Drug Influence
Senator Ned Nwoko has accused Sammy, brother of his wife Regina Daniels, of harassing his household.
He alleged Sammy enabled Regina’s drug use despite ongoing rehabilitation and medical restrictions.
Businessman and senator, Ned Nwoko, has accused Sammy, the brother of his wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, of persistent harassment and intrusion into his home.

In a statement on Saturday, Nwoko alleged that Sammy had been disturbing his household and domestic workers, especially when he was not around. He said his support for Sammy and other members of Regina’s family included sponsoring Sammy’s university education, buying musical equipment, renting and furnishing an apartment for him in Abuja, and purchasing a house in Asaba for Regina’s family before their marriage.
Nwoko claimed that despite these efforts, Sammy had become a negative influence. He said Regina was undergoing rehabilitation for alleged drug use, with doctors recommending limited access to people they described as “enablers.” According to him, Sammy and some friends identified as Destiny, Sonia Uche Montana, Lawrence, and NK defied medical advice by visiting her and providing the same substances she was being treated for.
He alleged that Sammy and Lawrence were the first to introduce the drugs to Regina. Nwoko said their actions were disrupting her recovery process, adding that he neither drinks nor smokes and follows a vegetarian lifestyle.
He further recalled an incident where he found Regina speaking on the phone at 4 a.m., allegedly under the influence, saying her condition had worsened due to interference from her relatives and friends.
