President Bola Tinubu has extended his congratulations to Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State following his re-election victory in the just-concluded governorship election.
In a statement released on Sunday, President Tinubu described Soludo’s victory as a clear reflection of his effective leadership and dedication to public service. He noted that the governor’s re-election demonstrated the confidence the people of Anambra have in his administration’s developmental vision and performance over the years.
The President also commended the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for its impressive showing at the polls, adding that the party’s success highlights the strength of Nigeria’s democracy and the people’s desire for credible governance. He further applauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), led by its new Chairman, Professor Joash Amupitan, for conducting what he termed a transparent and peaceful election process.
“The re-election of Professor Soludo is a testament to his visionary leadership and the remarkable progress Anambra has witnessed under his administration,” Tinubu said.
