A popular crossdresser and hair vendor, known as Slaytitude, has reacted after facing heavy criticism on social media for marrying a woman.
Following the circulation of his wedding video online, many users accused him of being in a “lavender marriage,” expressing shock that someone known for dressing in women’s clothing, makeup, and wigs would wed a woman.
In response to the backlash, Slaytitude shared a new video of himself dressed as a woman, addressing his critics with a playful tone.
He wrote: “Na me marry, na una dey cry. I love how I’m giving you people engagement. The more you talk about it, the more your followers get to know me.”
