Anthony Joshua is preparing for a possible heavyweight fight against American YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in Miami later this year. Reports suggest that both camps are close to finalizing an agreement for the high-profile bout.
Paul was meant to fight American boxer Davis this Saturday, but that match was cancelled after Davis was accused of domestic violence. With the cancellation, discussions for a Joshua fight have moved forward, and the clash could take place on either December 9 or December 12.
Joshua has been out of the ring since his loss to fellow Briton Daniel Dubois last year. He was knocked out in the fifth round, a defeat that stalled his push toward another shot at the heavyweight titles.
