Porsha Williams says she finally understands love better at 44 after years of lessons.
She shared new dating insights at BravoCon while confirming she is exploring fresh relationships.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams says she has reached a new stage in her love life and now understands dating better at 44.
Speaking during a panel session at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, Williams responded to a fan in her 30s who asked for dating advice. She explained that it took her many years to truly know herself and what she wants in a partner. Williams said she used to fall too quickly because she is a “hopeless romantic,” but now realizes that finding a healthy relationship means approaching things differently.
She advised the fan to “date knowing who you are” and to walk away as soon as she notices red flags. Williams added that she didn’t fully figure things out until age 44 and encouraged women not to pressure themselves as they navigate relationships.
During the event, Williams confirmed she is dating again, though she is not in a committed relationship. She shared that she is currently focused on one person and seeing how things develop.
She also revealed at CultureCon in New York that she is dating both a man and a woman, noting that she is adjusting to being with people who do not “love bomb” her. According to Williams, she is learning to open up slowly, accept honest feedback, and avoid expecting grand displays of affection.
Porsha Williams was previously married to Simon Guobadia, with their divorce finalized in June 2025.
