Kanye West Faces Shocking Allegations from Former Assistant Lauren Pisciotta
Kanye West faces new lawsuit from ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta over disturbing sexual assault claims.
She alleges years of abuse, including forced acts and trafficking, during her time as his Chief of Staff.
Kanye West former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a new lawsuit against the rapper, accusing the rapper of sexual assault, battery, sex trafficking, and false imprisonment. The legal complaint details troubling experiences during her time working for Kanye between 2021 and 2022.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Pisciotta claimed the abuse started during a business trip to San Francisco, where they were overseeing Kanye’s Donda school project. She alleged that Kanye made unwanted advances, kissed her without consent, and asked explicit questions about her body.
Following reports, things allegedly got worse while they were in his hotel suite. Pisciotta claimed Kanye masturbated in front of her, touched her inappropriately, and then suddenly fell asleep. The next day, she said he came to her hotel room under the pretext of using the shower, but instead pinned her down and forced his genitals into her mouth while she was “frozen in shock and fear.” She added that he later apologized and left.
According to reports, in a disturbing twist, Pisciotta also alleged that Kanye once offered her to another man in exchange for permission to sleep with the man’s partner. She claimed he had a reputation for “offering women as sexual gifts” in both business and personal settings.
Before these allegations, Pisciotta worked closely with Kanye, having been hired in July 2021 and later promoted to Chief of Staff across his companies. She said she was let go in October 2022 and promised $3 million in severance, which she never received.
This is not the first legal action from Pisciotta. In June 2023, she filed an earlier lawsuit accusing Kanye of stalking, harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. However, this new filing contains more severe allegations.
Kanye West has not personally commented on the latest claims. But in response to the 2023 lawsuit, his team denied all allegations and suggested Pisciotta was seeking to extort him. “Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually… then engaged in blackmail and extortion,” his representatives told TMZ at the time.
