Nkechi Blessing poked fun at Blessing CEO’s Qatar getaway with lover IVD in a viral video.
She teased her rival’s sudden switch to public romance after past criticisms.
Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has thrown shades at Blessing CEO, in a video over her romantic trip to Qatar.
In the video posted on Instagram, Nkechi took playful jabs at Blessing CEO’s new relationship and her public show of affection with her partner, IVD, during their trip to Qatar.
She pointed out that someone (Blessing CEO) who mocked others for being expressive in love is now doing the same things she used to criticize.
“PDA dey hungry Blessing CEO all this while? Now why she always dey drag people in love,” Nkechi teased, recalling how Blessing used to throw shade at her previous relationship.
She went further to suggest that Blessing’s past online behavior may have been fueled by loneliness or even depression.
Nkechi also made fun of Blessing’s travel upgrade, noting how she has gone from flying within Nigeria to finally taking an international trip. “At least for the first time in her life, she gets to experience what it feels like to travel out of Nigeria,” she said.
Although she claimed to be happy for Blessing, Nkechi could not resist another dig, questioning Blessing CEO’s choice of country for the trip. She said, “Why Qatar though? Why not UK, Canada or the US that I just came back from?”
Nkechi adding a twist, admitted that she is now the one without a partner. “Now that you’re in a relationship, now me single. You see life? The table don turn,” she remarked.
Despite all the banter, Nkechi said she holds no hard feelings, revealing that she congratulated Blessing on her engagement when they met recently.
She ended with a final remark to Blessing CEO’s wedding guests:
“For those of you planning to pay ₦3.8 million to travel with Blessing CEO and her boo to Qatar, abeg give me gist when una come back.”
