Model Blessing Offiong has shared insight into her polygamous relationship with former BBNaija housemate Hermes Iyele, describing it as an open and freeing partnership.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo alongside Hermes, Blessing shared her view that it is unrealistic to expect anyone to remain with just one partner for an entire lifetime. She explained that their relationship allows both parties the freedom to be themselves without feeling restricted.
“I don’t think it’s possible to be with one person forever. But then seeing someone that wants to explore this thing with you, keeping an open mind in the relationship will give you the freedom to be yourself… The relationship is not like a bondage. So you are free to be happy,” she said.
Blessing revealed that she met Hermes when she was 18 years old, and their dynamic has been built on mutual understanding and openness.
