Comfort Emmanson, the passenger recently involved in a controversial incident with Ibom Air, has denied reports claiming she filed a ₦500 billion lawsuit against the airline.
The clarification follows the August 5 incident in which Emmanson was forcibly removed from an aircraft after a disagreement with a flight attendant.
Earlier, reports circulated online alleging that she had taken the matter to court, seeking damages of ₦500 billion. Emmanson, however, dismissed the claims via her Instagram Stories, stressing that no such case has been filed. She added that while the reports are false, she is considering taking legal steps against the airline in the future.
