Young Jonn Says He’s Not Ready for a Serious Relationship
Young Jonn revealed he’s not ready to commit to one woman, preferring platonic relationships.
The singer said he currently prioritizes personal growth over serious romance, avoiding commitments he cannot fully sustain.
Nigerian singer Young Jonn has opened up about his current approach to relationships, revealing that he cannot commit to one woman for now.

Speaking on the “Way Up” podcast hosted by Angela Yee, the 30-year-old artist explained that he prefers keeping his relationships “platonic” rather than getting into something serious. He said he is not yet at a point in his life where he can give so much of himself to one person.
He said: “Everybody loves love. I mean, love is wonderful. But, I’m not really in that space where I can give so much of me to one person. So, I’m just keeping it platonic with everybody. I don’t want a serious relationship right now. Because I feel like I won’t be able to give that person as much as I’m supposed to. So why put them in that situation?”
Young Jonn’s comments come after he was previously linked to Davido’s cousin, Adenike Adeleke (Nikos Living). The rumours have since faded, and the singer is now making it clear he wants to focus on himself instead of a serious relationship.
