Big Brother Naija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu ended Season 10 in grand style, recreating two iconic looks inspired by Nigerian entertainment legends Sir Shina Peters and Pete Edochie.
The reality show, which began in July 2025 with 29 contestants and ran for about three months, wrapped up on Sunday night with nine finalists after a season filled with evictions, drama, and one disqualification.
Ebuka opened the finale wearing a dazzling recreation of Sir Shina Peters’ 1989 look from his hit album Ace. Designed by top fashion designer Mai Atafo, the outfit featured a black jacket with red and white detailing, paired with matching red shoes and belt. His trousers, styled in an Indian-inspired cut, reflected the same design the Afro-juju legend wore decades ago.
Sharing the photos online, Ebuka explained that Shina Peters’ Ace album remains a timeless classic at Nigerian celebrations. A side by side image of both outfits quickly went viral, with fans praising Atafo’s craftsmanship and Ebuka’s bold sense of style.
For his final look of the night, Ebuka paid homage to Nollywood veteran Chief Pete Edochie, describing him as “a national treasure, icon, legend, and king.” The outfit, another piece by Mai Atafo, drew inspiration from the regal attire Edochie famously wore in his classic movie roles.
