Raheem Okoya Says His Wealth Comes From “Hard Work and Sweat,” Not Family Money
Rasaq Okoya says his wealth comes from personal effort, not family fortune.
He explained that every penny he owns was earned through his own hustle.
Raheem Okoya, son of Nigerian billionaire industrialist and Eleganza Group chairman, Chief Rasaq Okoya, has insisted that his wealth is the result of his own effort and not his father’s fortune.

In a recent interview on Wazobia Max Television, When asked during the interview if he truly makes his own money, Raheem confidently replied in pigin stating that every penny in his account was earned through his personal hustle.
“Yes na, I work, I make my money. Every penny in my bank today is based on what I do.”
The young Okoya explained that while he respects and appreciates his father’s success, he is focused on building his own path rather than depending on his family’s business empire.
He added that his work has brought him some financial comfort, even though he hasn’t yet achieved all his goals.
“I am comfortable. No be say I dey where I wan be, but at least if I wan chop, I go chop.”
