Mr P has shared how a waitress abroad messaged him to complain about his $60 tip on a $1,000 bill.
Reacting, he criticized her entitlement, calling it “crazy” for anyone to question how he spends his money.
Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has shared an encounter he had at a restaurant abroad after receiving an unexpected message from a waitress.
The former P-Square member revealed that he had gone to eat at a restaurant when one of the waitresses later slid into his direct messages to complain about the tip he left behind.
According to the message shared by the singer, the waitress was upset that he left a $60 (about ₦87,000) tip on a $1,000 bill, describing it as “ridiculous.”
The waitress wrote, “How you come eat, come in hella late and chill at a restaurant. Your bill was a thousand dollars and leave sixty dollars tip? Ridiculous. No wonder people hate y’all.”
Reacting to the message, Peter Okoye expressed disbelief, calling out the waitress for her sense of entitlement.
He wrote, “These oyibos na dem no get sense. Una dey craze for dis Yankee aswear for my own money.”
