Comedian and activist Mr Macaroni has criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC), accusing the ruling party of double standards and claiming it now promotes the very wrongs it once spoke against.
Reacting to President Bola Tinubu’s recent pardon of 175 convicts, including drug traffickers, Mr Macaroni took to his X page to criticize the APC for betraying the values it once preached.
He shared an old 2013 tweet by Segun Dada, now a presidential aide, who had then called for protests against similar pardons under a past government.
Mr Macaroni wrote: “Every evil that the APC once condemned, they now practice and support. APC is a party filled with the most corrupt people surrounded by the worst sycophants. A marriage of doom and misfortune! Tueh Kelebe!”
