Cubana Chiefpriest Warns TikToker Peller Against Putting Family in Charge of Business
Cubana Chiefpriest has cautioned TikToker Peller against putting his family in charge of his business.
He said mixing family with business weakens discipline and often leads to emotional conflicts.
Celebrity barman Cubana Chiefpriest has advised popular TikToker Peller not to hand over his business ventures to family members.

Speaking during a live session with Peller, Chiefpriest warned that involving family in business often leads to problems, as emotions and entitlement can interfere with sound decision-making.
He explained that family members tend to lose respect for professional boundaries once they feel indispensable.
“You can’t sack them. At some point, they’ll start to think they’re doing you a favour. Your father will never respect your business because he’s your father. You can settle him financially or place him on a salary, but business is too serious, it’s not a joke,” he said.
Peller had revealed his intention to put his father and brother in charge of his business, but Chiefpriest cautioned against it, stressing that it would limit his authority to make tough decisions, including disciplining or removing them if needed.
