Mercy Johnson has spoken out over the reported arrest of Regina Daniels’ brother, demanding his immediate release.

Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie has joined the growing calls for the release of Sammy West, the brother of actress Regina Daniels, who was reportedly arrested amid the ongoing marital conflict between Regina and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a post shared on social media, Mercy Johnson condemned the arrest, describing it as an act of injustice and demanding that the young man be released immediately.
“The worst form of injustice is pretended justice. A child was arrested, and no one has been allowed to see him for two days. He was flown from Lagos to Abuja and is allegedly being taken to court from the airport. How did we get here? Nigeria… Wow. #WhereIsSamuel #FreeSamuelOjelagewu,” she wrote.
According to Sweezy, Regina’s brother, Sammy has been held without legal representation or access to food and water. He further alleged that Ned Nwoko vowed to keep him in custody until Regina returned home.
