Responding to an Instagram user who commented that Ned’s love for her was “toxic,” Regina agreed and shared insights from their seven-year marriage. She stated that Ned never spent a night away from her throughout their time together, a sign, according to her, of how his affection became overwhelming.
She explained that his devotion caused him to neglect his other wives, saying she had to persuade him to spend time with them when they started complaining.
Regina wrote: “Yes, I think he loved me, but a toxic one! Tell me, why would a polygamous man forget what it means to be in polygamy? I practically had to beg him to share days with his other wives because they begged for his attention. Please forget the social media comparisons my ex never slept outside in our seven years of marriage. You know why? As a Delta babe, I hold him well for the other room.
