Fidelis Ozuawala Reacts to Paystack Co-Founder’s Suspension
Fidelis Ozuawala has weighed in on Paystack’s suspension of co-founder Ezra, saying the company acted appropriately.
He believes the old resurfaced statements justified firm action and raised serious accountability concerns.
Nigerian commentator and tech analyst Fidelis Ozuawala, popularly known as SunnEx, has reacted to the suspension of Paystack co-founder Ezra, saying the company made the right decision.

Ozuawala said the action against Ezra, who is now 39 years old, was justified. He noted that if the statements Ezra made online in his early twenties were troubling enough to resurface years later, there could be more that never became public. He added that Paystack needed to respond firmly because of the seriousness of the old comments linked to him.
In his words: “If those statements could make it online at 23+ years old, now imagine more he could have done that wasn’t posted. It’s a good thing he was suspended.”
Since his profile deactivation, Ezra has not made any public statement.
