2026 World Cup: Full List of 32 Countries That Have Qualified
Thirty-two nations have already secured their places for the 2026 World Cup after recent qualifiers.
These qualified teams now shift their focus toward preparations for next year’s global football tournament.
A total of thirty-two nations have secured their spots for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Norway became the latest team to join the list after a convincing 4-1 win over Italy in their qualifying match on Sunday night.

Erling Haaland scored twice to guide Norway to the important victory at the San Siro, while Antonio Nusa and Jørgen Strand Larsen also found the net. The result sealed Norway’s qualification and ended Italy’s push for a place in the tournament.
The United States, Canada and Mexico had earlier earned automatic qualification as host nations.

Host nations: United States, Canada, Mexico
Asia: Uzbekistan, Australia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea
Africa: Algeria, Cape Verde, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia
Europe: Norway, France, Portugal, Croatia, England
Oceania: New Zealand
South America: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay
These countries will now begin preparations ahead of the global showpiece.
