Senator Ned Nwoko says he does not want Regina Daniels back home and wants her to seek treatment.
He claims her alleged drug issues caused the crisis and insists rehabilitation is necessary.
Senator Ned Nwoko has stated that he does not want his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, to return to his home, saying his only concern is for her to get medical help. According to him, Regina needs rehabilitation due to what he described as a long-standing struggle with drug use. He said his push for her to enter rehab is the main reason for the crisis that has taken over their marriage.
In a statement released through his communication team and posted on his social media page, Nwoko denied Regina’s claim that they had continued chatting on WhatsApp after their separation. He said her behaviour became worse in the past eight months and alleged that she associated with people he believes encouraged drug use. Nwoko rejected Regina’s accusation that he introduced her to drugs, calling it “a figment of her imagination and cannot be proven.”
He also accused Regina of acting irrationally, saying she once filmed him as he was about to use the bathroom in their bedroom and posted the clip online. According to him, her actions show how serious the situation has become.
Nwoko added that his focus is to make sure Regina gets proper treatment so she can recover and remain healthy for the sake of their two sons.
