Nigerian music executive and ex-husband of Tiwa Savage, Teebillz, has ignited controversy on social media after publicly accusing Tiwa’s current manager, Vanessa Amadi, of contributing to the emotional neglect of their son, Jamil. In a series of emotional and pointed Instagram posts, Teebillz claimed that Vanessa’s handling of Tiwa’s career has left their son feeling abandoned and lonely.
According to Teebillz, Vanessa was originally hired as a public relations agent but eventually assumed the role of Tiwa’s manager under what he described as “guilt-driven circumstances.” He alleged that Tiwa pushed for Vanessa’s promotion, and since then, the focus has shifted from family well-being to financial gain.
“I love the mother of my child, but God will expose you,” Teebillz wrote. “You only care about percentages. I hired you as a PR rep, and the mother of my child guilt-tripped me into making you her manager.”
Teebillz claimed his comments were not fueled by anger or alcohol but by a deep concern for their son. He revealed that Jamil had privately expressed how much he misses his mother, citing her prolonged absences due to a demanding work schedule.
“As lonely as Jamil confessed to me… My son is so hurt not having his mom. And I’m guilty too, but respectfully, f*** you, Vanessa!” he said in one of the posts.
He didn’t stop there Teebillz questioned Vanessa Amadi’s credentials, accusing her of riding on Tiwa’s success without contributing much value to her brand. He implied that her interest lies more in profit than in the well-being of Tiwa or her child.
The posts quickly went viral, stirring divided opinions across social media. Some users applauded Teebillz for standing up as a concerned father, while others criticized him for airing sensitive family issues online instead of seeking a private resolution.
