Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has warmed hearts once again after paying a visit to his close friend and spiritual associate, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, who is currently recovering from cancer surgery.
Pastor Adegboyega, a UK-based Nigerian preacher and founder of the Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church now known as the Nxtion Family recently revealed his health battle in a video message shared online. In the pre-recorded sermon, he disclosed that he had undergone surgery for cancer and spoke about the physical and emotional toll it had taken. Despite the ordeal, he described his survival as a sign of purpose and strength.
Showing his dedication to the cause, the pastor donated £100,000 to support cancer awareness and provide aid for young patients fighting the disease.
Davido, who recently arrived in London for a joint performance with American artist Chris Brown, made time in his busy schedule to visit Pastor Tobi at his lavish home. The singer was joined by a few members of his team, and the visit was captured in videos now circulating online.
