“I Am Not Into Men”: Skit Maker Mama Uka Issues Stern Warning to Male Admirers
Popular skit maker Mama Uka has warned male admirers to stop sending him romantic messages, stating clearly that he is not attracted to men.
Known for his female roles in comedy, he emphasized it’s purely acting and vowed to publicly expose anyone who crosses the line, urging fans to respect his personal boundaries.
Popular Nigerian skit maker, Mama Uka, has expressed his strong displeasure over the increasing number of romantic advances he receives from men on social media. Taking to his Instagram page, the comedian issued a clear and firm warning to his male admirers, making it known that he has no interest in men and will no longer tolerate such behavior.
Known for his comedic roles in which he frequently dresses as a woman, Mama Uka clarified that his cross-dressing is purely for entertainment and should not be misinterpreted as a reflection of his personal identity or preferences.
“I am not into men,” he declared emphatically. “ I just act like a woman for comedy. That’s all. It ends after the skit,” he reiterated.
Clearly irritated, the skit maker warned that he would no longer handle such messages privately. Instead, he vowed to publicly expose anyone, regardless of social status, who slides into his direct messages with romantic intentions.
In his words in a video posted on his Instagram page, Mama Uka said:
“This video na for my colleagues and others wey no wan respect themselves. If you come by DM again as my fellow man to ask me out, I no send your status, I no send your level I go screenshot am post. Nigerian blogs de like that type of news, them go post you. This is the last warning. I don try to be mature and reply people privately say I no follow una dey mumu. Look at me, I be person papa, so me and una no dey the same race. I come from a sacred place.”

He emphasized that he has exercised patience and maturity in handling the situation privately, but repeated incidents have forced him to speak out publicly. “I am someone’s father,” he added.
With this, Mama Uka hopes to address the public on the clear difference between his personal life and his online persona, urging fans and close friends to respect the difference.
